沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗高龄慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium in the Treat⁃ment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的 探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠用于高龄慢性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure, CHF)患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 方便选取2021年5月—2023年5月山东省荣军总医院收治的64例高龄CHF患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组予以常规抗心衰药物治疗,观察组联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标、神经内分泌激素。结果 观察组治疗有效率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的75.00%(24/32),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.267,P=0.039)。治疗后,观察组左室射血分数、每搏输出量、心排血量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组的去甲肾上腺素、醛固酮、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 高龄CHF患者予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,抑制神经内分泌激素,改善心功能,取得确切疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of elderly pa⁃tients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with CHF admitted to Shandong Rong⁃jun General Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to dif⁃ferent treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure drugs,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and neuroendocrine hormones were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than 75.00%(24/32)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.267,P=0.039).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume and cardiac output in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of norepinephrine,aldosterone and angiotensinⅡin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Elderly patients with CHF were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium to inhibit neuroendocrine hormones and improve cardiac function,and achieved definite results.
