慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运用振动排痰护理对舒适度、生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Vibration Expectoration Nursing on Comfort and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 探析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)患者运用振动排痰护理对舒适度、生活质量的影响。方法 随机选取2022年2月—2024年2月河西学院附属张掖人民医院呼吸科收治的90例慢阻肺患者为研究对象。根据不同护理方法分为参照组和探析组,每组45例。参照组予以常规护理,探析组予以常规护理+振动排痰护理。比较两组患者的舒适度评分、生活质量评分、不良事件发生率。结果 护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分和舒适度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理后,探析组的舒适度评分高于参照组,生活质量评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探析组的不良事件总发生率为0,低于参照组的13.33%(6/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.464,P<0.05)。结论 将振动排痰护理用于慢阻肺患者中,可以提高患者舒适度和生活质量,减少不良事件发生。

Objective To explore the effect of vibration expectoration nursing on comfort and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 90 patients with COPD admitted to the De⁃partment of Respiration of Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from February 2022 to February 2024 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into ref⁃erence group and analysis group,45 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the analysis group was given routine nursing+vibration expectoration nursing.The comfort score,quality of life score and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life score and comfort score between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,the comfort score of the analysis group was higher than that of the reference group,and the quality of life score was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the analysis group was 0,which was lower than 13.33%(6/45)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.464,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vibration expectoration nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the comfort and quality of life of patients and reduce the oc⁃currence of adverse events.
