预见性护理对老年冠心病心绞痛患者生活质量及心理状态的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Quality of Life and Psychological State of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的 探讨预见性护理在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者生活质量和心理状态中的作用。方法 简单随机选取2021年12月—2023年12月山东中医药大学第二附属医院收治的60例老年冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取预见性护理。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组焦虑情绪分数和抑郁情绪分数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理在老年冠心病心绞痛患者中具有较好的效果,不仅可以改善患者的生活质量,同时还可缓解患者负面情绪,对促进其病情恢复有积极作用。

Objective To explore the role of predictive nursing in the quality of life and psychological status of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Sixty elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine from December 2021 to December 2023 were simpl and randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After inter⁃vention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observa⁃tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurs⁃ing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a great effect in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.It can not only improve the quality of life of pa⁃tients,but also alleviate the negative emotions of patients,and has a positive effect on promoting their recovery.
