赋能教育下心理护理对乳腺癌患者心理状态及自我护理能力的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Psychological Nursing under Empowerment Education on the Psychological State and Self-care Ability of Breast Can⁃cer Patients

目的 探究赋能教育下心理护理对乳腺癌患者心理状态及自我护理能力的影响。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年12月滨海县人民医院收治的86例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(n=43,常规护理)与研究组(n=43,赋能教育下心理护理),比较两组患者的心理状态、生存质量、护理满意度、自我护理能力、自我感受和自尊。结果 护理前,两组患者的心理状态、生存质量、自我护理能力、自我感受和自尊评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。护理后,研究组自我护理能力、生存质量评分均高于对照组,心理状态、自我感受和自尊评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05)。结论 对乳腺癌患者应用赋能教育下心理护理的效果突出,可提高其自我护理能力及生存质量,改善心理状态,患者的护理满意度更高。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing under empowerment education on the psycho⁃logical state and self-care ability of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with breast cancer admitted to Binhai County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=43,routine nursing)and study group(n=43,psychological nursing under empowerment education).The psychological state,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,self-care ability,self-perception and self-esteem of patients in two groups were compared.Results Be⁃fore nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological state,quality of life,self-care ability,self-perception and self-esteem between patients in two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of psychologi⁃cal state,self-perception and self-esteem were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing under empowerment education for breast cancer patients is outstanding,which can improve self-care ability,improve psychological state,and patients'nursing satisfaction is higher.
