PNF技术联合居家远程康复指导对脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of PNF technology combined with home remote rehabilitation guidance on the cerebral infarction in convalescence

目的观察本体感觉神经肌肉促进(PNF)技术联合居家远程康复指导用于脑梗死恢复期患者的临床效果。方法选取60例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,按随机原则将其分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规居家远程康复指导,治疗组给予PNF技术联合居家远程康复指导。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组的上肢Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论PNF技术联合居家远程康复指导治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果显著,可以降低神经功能缺损程度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)technology combined with home remote rehabilitation guidance in patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random principle,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine home remote rehabilitation guidance,and the treatment group was given PNF technology combined with home remote rehabilitation guidance.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)score of upper limb in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Barthel index(MBI)score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion PNF technology combined with home remote rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence has a significant effect.It can reduce the degree of neurological deficit.
