摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床效果及对神经因子水平、脑电图指标的影响。方法选择2020年3月至2023年1月收治的102例癫痫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组采取左乙拉西坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、高迁移率族蛋白-1(HMGB-1)、S-100β水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的δ波频段、θ波频段、痫样放电、累及导联数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液与左乙拉西坦联合用于癫痫治疗中效果满意,可有效抑制颅内异样放电,调节神经因子分泌,从而抑制癫痫症状,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy and its influences on nerve factor level and EEG indicator.Methods A total of 102 patients with epilepsy admitted from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levetiracetam,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),high mobility group protein-1(HMGB-1)and S-100βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,theδwave frequency band,θwave frequency band,epileptiform discharge and the number of involved leads in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy is satisfactory effect.It can effectively inhibit intracranial abnormal discharge,regulate the secretion of nerve factors,thus inhibiting epilepsy symptoms,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
