天疱疮在中医处方配伍要旨指导下结合微观辨证运用中药治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on pemphigus

目的 总结在中医处方配伍要旨指导下结合微观辨证运用中药治疗天疱疮(包括类天疱疮)的临床疗效。方法 选取30例天疱疮患者,按就诊时间及病历号随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组15例。对照组给予口服醋酸泼尼松片治疗;在对照组基础上,治疗组在中医处方配伍要旨指导下结合微观辨证运用中药汤剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、激素剂量、皮损面积、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率100.00%高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组激素剂量(5.21±1.92)mg/d少于对照组的(7.19±2.01)mg/d(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皮损面积小于治疗前,且治疗组皮损面积(8.01±3.28)cm^(2)小于对照组的(11.03±3.89)cm^(2)(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率20.00%低于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论 天疱疮在中医处方配伍要旨指导下结合微观辨证运用中药治疗可以缓解病情,疗效显著,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on pemphigus(including pemphigoid).Methods 30 patients with pemphigus were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the time of consultation and medical record number,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given oral prednisone acetate tablets,and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hormone dose,skin lesion area and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of 100.00%in the treatment group was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hormone dose of(5.21±1.92)mg/d in the treatment group was less than(7.19±2.01)mg/d in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion area in both groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the skin lesion area of(8.01±3.28)cm^(2) in the treatment group was less than(11.03±3.89)cm^(2) in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 20.00%in the treatment group was lower than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of compatibility of medicines combined with micro-differentiation on pemphigus can alleviate the condition,and the curative effect is significant.It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
