摘要
目的对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者应用早期肢体康复训练的效果展开探讨。方法60例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者,采用电脑盲选的方式分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施常规治疗+早期肢体康复训练。比较两组患者运动功能评分、神经功能缺损评分、康复效果。结果治疗前,两组患者运动功能评分、神经功能缺损评分比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组运动功能评分、神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显改善,且研究组患者运动功能评分(84.79±8.61)分、神经功能缺损评分(7.11±1.01)分均较对照组的(73.22±7.66)、(14.50±1.66)分更优(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.67%较对照组的80.00%更高(P<0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者治疗过程中辅以早期肢体康复训练,可改善运动功能,减轻神经功能的受损程度,增强康复疗效,可以推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of early limb rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into a study group and a control group using a computer blind selection method,each consisting of 30 patients.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received conventional treatment+early limb rehabilitation training.The motor function score,neurological deficit score and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in motor function score and neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor function score and neurological deficit score in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment;the study group had motor function score of(84.79±8.61)points and neurological deficit score of(7.11±1.01)points,which were better than(73.22±7.66)and(14.50±1.66)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early limb rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegic patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve motor function,reduce neurological deficit,enhance rehabilitation efficacy,and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
