Orem辅助-教育系统护理改善肝穿刺胆道引流术患者自我效能研究

A Study on the Improvement of Self-Efficacy in Patients Undergoing Liver Puncture and Biliary Drainage Through Orem Assisted Education System Nursing

目的分析肝穿刺胆道引流术患者开展Orem辅助-教育系统的护理效果。方法纳入我院2021年7月至2023年7月行肝穿刺胆道引流术患者,将全部88例入组对象随机数字表法划分两组,各44例。对照组予以常规护理模式,观察组予以Orem辅助-教育系统的护理。从自我效能、并发症、生活质量3个维度综合评价两组患者干预效果。结果干预3个月后,观察组自我减压、正性态度、自我决策、总分等中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(C-SUPPH)评分,以及情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能等生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。与对照组对比,观察组并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论Orem辅助-教育系统护理可提高肝穿刺胆道引流术患者自我效能,降低并发症风险,促进生活质量提升。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of Orem assisted education system in patients undergoing liver puncture biliary drainage.Methods All 88 patients who underwent liver puncture biliary drainage in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were divided into two groups with 44 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given Orem assisted education system nursing.The intervention effect of the two groups was evaluated comprehensively from three dimensions:self-efficacy,complications and quality of life.Results After 3 months of intervention,the Chinese-version strategies used by people to promote health(C-SUPPH)for stress reduction,positive attitude,self-decision making,and total score of the observation group,as well as the quality of life scores of emotional functioning,role functioning,cognitive functioning,somatic functioning,and social functioning were all higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total complication rate was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Orem assisted education system nursing can improve the self-efficacy,reduce the risk of complications and promote the quality of life of patients undergoing liver puncture biliary drainage.
