摘要
目的探析为髋关节置换术患者术后康复护理应用动机行为转化下持续被动运动(CPM)锻炼仪与量化训练的效果。方法纳入2021年2月至2023年2月间本院收治应用髋关节置换术治疗患者60例,用随机数字表法将编序后患者均等分为对照组(常规护理联合CPM锻炼仪康复训练)、观察组(动机行为转化下CPM锻炼仪与量化训练干预),各有30例。从两组患者的依从性、生活自理能力、髋关节功能恢复及并发症方面对康复干预质量进行评估。结果干预后,观察组依从性评分、Barthel量表评分、膝关节评分、主动关节活动度(AROM)均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为髋关节置换术治疗患者应用动机行为转化下CPM锻炼仪联合量化训练干预效果良好,能更好的保障患者术后安全。
Objective To explore the effect of applying CPM exercise equipment and quantitative training under motivational behavior transformation for postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Methods Sixty cases of patients treated with hip arthroplasty were included between February 2021 and February 2023,and the patients were divided equally into the control group(conventional care combined with CPM exerciser rehabilitation training)and the observation group(CPM exerciser and quantitative training interventions under the transformation of motivational behaviours)with 30 cases each by the method of randomized numerical table after coding the order.The quality of the rehabilitation interventions was assessed in terms of compliance,self-care ability,recovery of hip function and complications in both groups..Results After the intervention,the observation group had a higher compliance score,Barthel score,knee score,and active joint mobility(AROM)than the control group(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of CPM exercise equipment combined with quantitative training intervention under the conversion of motivation and behavior in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery has a good effect,which can better ensure postoperative safety of patients.
