正念饮食察觉训练在老年糖尿病患者中的应用

摘要 目的分析正念饮食察觉训练应用于老年糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月期间在我院创建糖尿病健康建档的80例老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组:常规护理,观察组:基于对照组增加正念饮食察觉训练,观察两组患者血糖控制情况、血脂稳定情况、自我管理能力、饮食习性及满意度情况。结果较对照组,观察组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均降低(均P<0.05)。较对照组,观察组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均下降(均P<0.05)。观察组积极锻炼、饮食健康、遵医嘱服药、血糖监测、处理问题、积极面对及规避风险评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组遵循规律饮食、遵医嘱进食、保持营养摄入及保障进食时间的患者比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将正念饮食觉察训练应用于老年糖尿病患者,能帮助患者稳定血糖、血脂水平,提高患者自我管理能力,培训科学健康的饮食习性,大大提升患者满意度。 Objective To analyze the effects of mindful eating awareness training on elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who had established diabetes health profiles in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was supplemented with mindful eating awareness training on the basis of routine nursing.Blood glucose control,lipid stability,self-management ability,eating habits and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a decrease in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a significant decrease in total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(all P<0.05).The scores of active exercise,eating healthy,taking medication as prescribed,blood glucose monitoring,dealing with problems,positively facing and risk avoidance were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the observation group who followed a regular diet,ate as prescribed by the doctor,maintained nutritional intake and guaranteed eating time were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of mindful eating awareness training in elderly patients with diabetes can help patients stabilize blood glucose and lipid levels,improve their self-management ability,train scientific and healthy eating habits,and greatly improve patient satisfaction.
