G-17、PG应用于早期胃癌筛查诊断特异度及敏感度观察

Observation of the Specificity and Sensitivity of G-17 and PG in Early Gastric Cancer Screening and Diagnosis

目的探究胃癌筛查诊断中胃泌素17(gastrin-17,G-17)、胃蛋白酶原(pepsinogen,PG)联合诊断的特异度和敏感性。方法此次研究时间2023年11月至2024年3月,研究对象为我院收治的早期胃癌患者160例作为观察组,健康体检者160例作为对照组,观察组分为80例早期胃癌患者为早期胃癌组,80例进展期胃癌患者为进展期胃癌组。所有受检者均接受G-17、PG检测,计算分析两种检测方式的特异度、敏感度。结果观察组PGⅠ水平低于对照组,PGⅡ、G-17水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);早期胃癌组G-17、PGⅡ水平低于进展胃癌组,PGⅠ高于进展期胃癌组(均P<0.05);联合诊断的敏感度、特异度和准确度均高于单一诊断(均P<0.05)。结论在早期胃癌筛查诊断中加强G-17、PG检测具有显著的价值,其能够明确疾病诊断的特异度、敏感度,为后续疾病诊断和治疗提供有效依据。

Objective Exploring the specificity and sensitivity of the combined diagnosis of gastrin 17(G-17)and pepsinogen(PG)in gastric cancer screening and diagnosis.Methods The time of this study was from November 2023 to March 2024,and the subjects were 160 cases of early gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital as the observation group and 160 cases of healthy medical check-ups as the control group,and the observation group was divided into 80 cases of early gastric cancer patients as the early gastric cancer group,and 80 cases of progressed gastric cancer patients as the progressed gastric cancer group.All the examinees were subjected to G-17 and PG tests,and the specificity and sensitivity of the two tests were calculated and analysed.Results The level of PGⅠin the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of PGⅡand G-17 were higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of G-17 and PGⅡin the early gastric cancer group were lower than that of the progressed gastric cancer group,and the level of PGⅠwas higher than that of the progressed gastric cancer group(all P<0.05).And the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combined diagnosis were higher than that of the single diagnosis(all P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening the detection of G-17 and PG in early gastric cancer screening and diagnosis has significant value,as it can clarify the specificity and sensitivity of disease diagnosis,providing effective basis for subsequent disease diagnosis and treatment.
