早期肠内营养支持联合预防性护理用于重症急性胰腺炎对其预后的影响

Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition Support Combined with Preventive Nursing on Prognosis of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨早期肠内营养支持联合预防性护理用于重症急性胰腺炎对其预后的影响。方法抽取三明市第二医院50例重症急性胰腺炎患者本为次研究对象,时间选择2020年1月至2024年1月之间,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理,n=25)和观察组(早期肠内营养支持联合预防性护理,n=25)。比较两组临床躁动-镇静量表评分(RASS)、疼痛评分(COPT)评分、营养指标水平、患者不耐受症状发生率。结果观察组的RASS评分、COPT评分在护理后均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组护理后的白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组不耐受症状总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持联合预防性护理用于重症急性胰腺炎中可有效改善患者营养指标水平,缓解疼痛情况及不耐受症状,利于患者镇静及病症恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition support combined with preventive nursing on the prognosis of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Sanming Second Hospital A total of 50 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from January 2020 to January 2024 and divided into control group(usual care,n=25)and observation group(early enteral nutrition support combined with preventive care,n=25)according to the random number table method.The Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale(RASS),Computerized Oral Proficiency Test(COPT),nutritional index level,incidence of intolerance symptoms and time to reach the expected target feeding amount were compared between the two groups.Results The RASS score and COPT score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).The levels of albumin,prealbumin,transferrin and hemoglobin in observation group after nursing were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of intolerance symptoms in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support combined with preventive nursing in severe acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the nutritional index level of patients,relieve pain and intolerance symptoms,and help patients sedation and disease recovery.
