规范化护理对机械取栓术后患者认知功能恢复及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Standardized Nursing on Cognitive Function Recovery and Daily Living Ability of Patients After Mechanical Thrombectomy

目的规范化护理对急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓术后患者认知功能恢复及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2023年11月至2024年7月于南平市第一医院神经内科收治的66例急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓患者,采用随机法将其分为常规组(33例)和观察组(33例)。其中给予常规组患者临床常规护理,观察组患者则在常规组基础上予以规范化护理。比较两组患者的并发症情况,以及干预前后认知功能、日常生活能力和神经功能。结果对比显示,两组患者干预后NIHSS评分比干预前均降低且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组患者干预后MoCA评分及Barthel指数评分均比干预前升高且观察组更高(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率比常规组低(P<0.05)。结论实施规范化护理可以有效降低机械取栓术后患者的神经功能损伤的程度,同时改善其认知功能,提升日常生活能力,降低并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the impact of standardized nursing on cognitive function recovery and daily living abilities in patients who have undergone mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by mechanical thrombectomy from November 2023 to July 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a conventional group(n=33)and an observation group(n=33).The conventional group received routine care,while the observation group was provided with standardized nursing in addition to routine care.Complication rates,as well as changes in cognitive function,daily living abilities,and neurological function before and after intervention,were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison showed that the NIHSS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After intervention,MoCA score and Barthel index score in two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than before intervention(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementation of standardized nursing effectively mitigates neurological impairment following mechanical thrombectomy,enhances cognitive function,improves daily living activities,and reduces the incidence of complications in these patients.
