大掺量黄金尾矿烧结黏土砖组分比例研究

摘要 利用黄金尾矿制备烧结砖是消纳大宗黄金尾矿的有效途径之一,可从黄金尾矿混合黏土制备符合国家标准烧结砖着手,以黄金尾矿黏土混合材料的塑性指数作为影响烧结砖强度的关键因素展开研究。通过对不同掺配比例的黄金尾矿黏土混合材料进行液塑限联合测定试验,发现借助黄金尾矿和黏土的塑性指数即可计算出黄金尾矿黏土混合材料的塑性指数。通过对黄金尾矿黏土混合材料塑性指数与烧结砖强度进行回归分析,得到黄金尾矿黏土混合材料烧结砖的强度与计算塑性指数间的6阶回归方程。根据所需黄金尾矿黏土混合材料烧结砖的强度可求得混合材料的掺配比例,也可以根据混合材料的掺配比例预测黄金尾矿黏土混合材料烧结砖的强度。大掺量黄金尾矿黏土混合材料制备烧结砖时,在满足黄金尾矿掺量大于30%、烧结砖强度大于10 MPa的条件下,还需同时满足黏土的塑性指数大于14%、黄金尾矿掺量为30%~55%、黄金尾矿黏土混合材料塑性指数为12%~20%的要求。 That preparing sintered bricks with gold mine tailings is one of the effective ways to absorb bulk gold tailings.Starting from the preparation of sintered bricks that meet national standards with gold tailings mixed with clay,the plasticity index is studied as a key factor affecting the strength of sintered bricks.Through joint testing of liquidplastic limit of gold tailings clay mixture materials with different blending ratios,it was found that the plasticity index of gold tailings clay mixture materials can be calculated by the plasticity index of gold tailings and clay.The plasticity index of the gold tailings clay mixed materials and the strength of sintered clay bricks was regression analyzed to obtain a sixth order regression equation between the strength of gold tailings clay mixed material sintered bricks and the calculated plasticity index.The blending ratio of the mixed material can be determined based on the required strength of the gold tailings clay mixed material sintered brick,and the strength of the gold tailings clay mixed material sintered brick can also be predicted based on the blending ratio of the mixed material.When preparing sintered bricks with a large amount of gold tailings clay mixture material,under the conditions of gold tailings content greater than 30% and sintered brick strength greater than 10 MPa,it is also necessary to meet the requirements of a clay the plasticity index of the clay should be greater than 14%,the gold tailings content should be between 30% and 55%,and the plasticity index of the gold tailings clay mixture should be between 12% and 20%.
