基于COOC和VOSviewer软件的中医药防治青光眼文献计量分析

Bibliometric Assessment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Interventions for Glaucoma Management Utilizing COOC and VOSviewer Software Tools

目的基于COOC和VOSviewer软件对中医药防治青光眼进行可视化分析,探讨青光眼的中医药防治现状和未来发展方向。方法纳入2013年1月1日-2022年12月31日中国知网、万方医学网、维普中文科技期刊数据库及PubMed、Web of Science数据库中关于中医药治疗青光眼的相关文献。采用COOC14.1和VOSviewer1.6.13软件对相关研究文献进行频次统计、关系矩阵构建、聚类分析、主题演化分析等多角度分析。结果共纳入文献406篇,全部为中文文献,近10年来青光眼的中医研究关注度相对平稳,相关研究文献保持稳定增长;不同研究团队的研究方向和重点存在差异;关键词共现关联可见频次较高的为“青光眼-疗效”“青光眼-眼压状况”“青光眼-原发性开角型青光眼”等;关键词聚类共得到12个聚类;关键词与作者的二模矩阵频次较高的为“李翔-慢性高眼压模型”“彭清华-原发性开角型青光眼”“刘红佶-视神经保护”;关键词与作者聚类共得到3个聚类;主题累积演化路径提示当前研究的青光眼类型以原发性开角型青光眼为主,其余类型的青光眼研究较少,治疗上中药使用率增长,且疗效也呈平稳增长趋势。结论青光眼的中医研究仍面临一些问题,需要加强跨团队合作和深入研究,以促进青光眼治疗和健康管理的进一步发展。

OBJECTIVE To conduct a visual analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the prevention and treatment of glaucoma using COOC and VOSviewer software,and to explore the current status and future directions of TCM research in the field.METHODS Relevant literature on the treatment of glaucoma with TCM published between January 1st,2013,and December 31st,2022 was retrieved from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,PubMed,and Web of Science.The COOC 14.1 and VOSviewer 1.6.13 software were utilized to perform frequency statistics,relationship matrix construction,cluster analysis,thematic evolution analysis,and other multi-angle analyses on the retrieved literature.RESULTS A total of 406 articles,all in Chinese,were included.The attention given to TCM research on glaucoma has remained relatively stable over the past decade,with a steady increase in relevant research literature.Differences exist in the research directions and focuses of different research teams.The keyword co-occurrence associations showed high frequencies for"glaucoma-therapeutic effect""glaucoma-intraocular pressure status"and"glaucoma-primary open-angle glaucoma"among others.A total of 12 clusters were obtained through keyword clustering.High-frequency bimodal matrix associations between keywords and authors included"LI Xiang-chronic ocular hypertension model""PENG Qinghua-primary open-angle glaucoma"and"LIU Hongji-optic nerve protection".Three clusters were obtained through clustering of keywords and authors.The cumulative thematic evolution pathway indicated that the primary type of glaucoma studied currently is primary open-angle glaucoma,with less research on other types.The use of TCM in treatment has increased,and its therapeutic effect has shown a steady growth trend.CONCLUSIONS TCM research on glaucoma still faces some challenges and requires enhanced cross-team collaboration and in-depth studies to promote further development in the treatment and health management of glaucoma.
