数智化赋能学习型社会建设与高等继续教育人才培养融通互构研究——基于全人教育理论视角

摘要 高等继续教育是学习型社会建设的重要力量。在数智技术支持下,实现学习型社会建设与高等继续教育人才培养融合发展是学习型社会建设的现实要求,也是新时代高等继续教育内涵发展的必然选择。基于全人教育理论,构建学习型社会建设与高等继续教育人才培养融通互构的“五育并举1234渐进式育人新模式”,通过教育目标“再审视”、课程体系“再扩展”、教育资源“再建设”、教育管理“再提升”打造高等继续教育育人新形态:以“数智技术+学校”,营造高沉浸式学习环境(HILE);以“学习者画像+教学”,实现资源精准推送;以“人工智能+教师”,实现人机协同教学;以“区块链+管理”,提升人才培养的治理效能。在此基础上,培育和发展高等继续教育新质生产力,实现内涵式发展,服务学习型社会建设。 Higher continuing education is an important part of building a learning society.With the support of digital intelligence technology,it is a realistic requirement for the construction of a learning society to realize the integrated development of the construction of a learning society and the talent cultivation of higher continuing education,and it is also an inevitable choice for the connotation development of higher continuing education in the new era.Based on the theory of holistic education,a new model of“1234 Progressive Education of Educating Five Domains Simultaneously”is constructed,which integrates the construction of a learning society and the talent cultivation of higher continuing education.Through“re-examining”the educational objectives,“re-expanding”the curriculum system,“re-constructing”the educational resources,and“re-improving”the educational management,a new form of higher continuing education is created:to create a highly immersion learning environment(HILE)with“Digital Intelligence Technology+Schools”;to realize accurate resource delivery with“Learner Portrait+Teaching”;to realize human-machine collaborative teaching with“Artificial Intelligence+Teachers”;to enhance the governance effectiveness of talent cultivation with“Blockchain+Management”.On the basis,it cultivates and develops the new quality productivity of higher continuing education,realizes the connotative development,and serves the construction of a learning society.
