摘要
培育高素质农民的数字素养,不仅是对国家发展政策要求的响应,而且有助于满足社会劳动升级需求,从而促进人的全面发展。从理论层面对高素质农民数字素养进行要素界定与模型构建,有助于破解培育面临的现实困境。面向未来,高素质农民数字素养培育需要以数字平台实现思维增智,以数字手段实现劳动增技,以数字资源实现经济增能,以数字共鸣实现未来增量,进而促进乡村数字化转型发展。
The cultivation of high-quality farmers’digital literacy not only responds to the requirements of national policy development,but also helps to meet the needs of social labor upgrading,so as to promote the all-round development of people.The element definition and model construction of high-quality farmers’digital literacy are helpful to solve the practical difficulties faced by cultivation from the theoretical level.Facing the future,the cultivation of high-quality farmers’digital literacy needs to use the digital platform to increase the intelligence of thinking,realize labor technology enhancement by digital means,realize economic empowerment with digital resources,and realize future increment with digital resonance,so as to promote the development of rural digital transformation.
