基于闭环反馈的智能同步液压自动顶升控制技术研究

摘要 为提高顶升设备的双轴同步控制精度,文章引进闭环反馈技术,开展智能同步液压自动顶升控制技术研究,该研究引进移动平均滤波技术进行信号的预处理。闭环反馈控制系统将输出量作为输入量的一部分,利用基于比例积分微分(Proportion Integration Differential,PID)的自适应控制技术,结合控制器的输出,根据同步误差进行智能同步液压顶升的动态调整。实验结果证明:该应用设计的自动顶升控制方法可以确保设备的双轴顶升位移变化趋势与高度呈现一致性,以此实现预期的控制效果。 In order to improve the accuracy of dual axis synchronous control of lifting equipment,this article introduces closed-loop feedback technology and conducts research on intelligent synchronous hydraulic automatic lifting control technology.This study introduces moving average filtering technology for signal preprocessing.The closed-loop feedback control system takes the output as a part of the input,uses PID based adaptive control technology and combines the output of the controller to dynamically adjust the intelligent synchronous hydraulic lifting according to the synchronization error.The experimental results demonstrate that the application of the designed automatic lifting control method can ensure that the dual axis lifting displacement trend of the equipment is consistent with the height,thereby achieving the expected control effect.
