摘要
高校数字化校园的运维面临部门间协作不足及监控系统碎片化的挑战,导致运维经验和知识难以跨部门共享,且各独立监控系统仅提供孤立的静态监测数据,缺乏有效整合与深入分析,从而影响了故障排查的效率与准确性。针对以上情况,文章设计了一个基于知识图谱的数字化校园运维系统。该系统通过汇总以往的故障处置案例,挖掘并构建故障间的内在联系,形成故障知识图谱。同时,系统通过流量分析以及自动化测试技术,实现自动化采集应用系统的交互拓扑结构以及不同节点对故障的反馈情况。系统测试结果表明,该系统能够正确推理出包含网络安全设备、反向代理以及数据库问题导致的故障。
The operation and maintenance situation of digital campus in universities face challenges of insufficient inter-departmental collaboration and fragmented monitoring and control system,leading to difficulty in sharing operation and maintenance experience and knowledge across departments.Each independent monitoring and control system only provides isolated static monitoring data,lacking effective integration and in-depth analysis,thereby impacting the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis.To address these,a digital campus operation and maintenance system based on knowledge graph is proposed.This system aggregates past fault handling cases,explores and constructs intrinsic relationships between faults,and forms a fault knowledge graph.Meanwhile,the system utilizes traffic analysis and automated testing techniques to automatically collect the interactive topology structure of application systems and feedback situations on faults from different nodes.The test results show that the system can correctly infer the common faults caused by the network security equipment,reverse proxy and database problem.
