摘要
目的研究低浓六氟化铀运输容器(UX-30/30B运输容器)在夏季进行铁路运输的安全性。方法分析国内外法规标准,分析容器材料性质,并利用法国达索公司开发的大型有限元分析软件Abaqus对不同工况进行热工分析,综合评价高温对运输安全的影响。结果运输容器设计批准书规定的“–40~38℃”为大气环境温度,而非封闭车厢内的温度;70℃在六氟化铀运输容器主要材料的设计温度范围内,对容器性能影响甚微;在国内铁路网运输时,UX-30/30B运输容器可在70℃的封闭车厢内安全运输24 h;而在运输容器初始温度38℃、每天车厢内持续8 h 70℃高温的情况下运输10 d后,运输容器内六氟化铀平均温度最高为49.66℃,在海拔高度低于3141 m时可满足安全运输的要求。结论低浓六氟化铀运输容器UX-30/30B可安全地在夏季进行铁路运输。
The work aims to ensure the safety of low enriched Uranium Hexafluoride(UF6)transport container UX-30/30B for railway transportation in summer.National and international regulations and standards as well as the material nature of the container were analyzed.Abaqus,large-scale finite element analysis software developed by Dassault Company was used to conduct thermal analysis on different working conditions to evaluate the effects of high temperature on transportation safety."–40-38℃"specified in the design approval certificate referred to the ambient temperature of the atmosphere,not the temperature inside the closed carriages;70℃was within the design temperature range of the main materials of the uranium hexafluoride transport packaging and had few effects on the container performance.The package could be safely transported in a closed carriage at 70℃for 24 h when transported in China's railway network;After 10 d of transportation in the case of initial temperature of 38℃in the transportation container as well as the temperature in the carriage of 70℃for 8 h every day,the maximum average temperature of uranium hexafluoride in the transport container was 49.66℃,which could meet the requirements of safe transportation at altitudes lower than 3141 m.To sum up,low enriched uranium hexafluoride transport containers UX-30/30B are safe for railway transportation in summer.
