基于有限元和边界元的印刷机声振特性研究

摘要 目的研究印刷机在高速运转过程中的振动和噪声特性,为印刷机振动噪声抑制提供参考依据。方法通过实地测试法和基于有限元和边界元的仿真方法对印刷机的声振特性展开研究,首先对不同工况下的印刷机机组外壳进行振动噪声实地测试,然后利用仿真软件对印刷机建立有限元-边界元模型,最后通过仿真计算,分析印刷机的声辐射特性。结果印刷机的振动和噪声主要集中在中低频段,印刷机的声辐射主要由机组外壳提供,在噪声实地测试中麦克风位置的仿真噪声频谱曲线存在多处共振峰。结论噪声实地测试结果与仿真计算结果基本一致,验证了仿真计算模型的可靠性,可为印刷机振动噪声抑制提供参考依据。 The work aims to study the vibration and noise characteristics of the printing press during high-speed operation,so as to provide reference basis for noise suppression.The field test method and the finite element and boundary element method were used to investigate the noise and vibration characteristics of the printing press.Firstly,the field test of vibration and noise were carried out on the shell of the printing press unit under different working conditions.Then,the simulation software was used to establish the finite element-boundary element model.Finally,through simulation calculation,the sound radiation characteristics of the printing press were analyzed.The vibration and noise of the printing press were mainly concentrated in the low and medium frequency bands,and the sound radiation of the printing press was mainly generated from the unit shell,and there were multiple resonance peaks in the simulated noise spectrum curves at the microphone position in the noise field test.The field test results of the noise were basically consistent with the trend of the simulation calculation results,which verifies the reliability of the simulation calculation model and provides a reference basis for the vibration and noise suppression of the printing press.
