基于子午流注理论择时揿针治疗对结直肠癌术后胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Timing Press Needling on Gastrointestinal Function of Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Based on Theory of Ebb and Flow of Midnight and Midday

目的:探讨基于子午流注理论择时揿针治疗对结直肠癌术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2022年9月至2023年9月,本院收治的60例结直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规揿针治疗,观察组采用基于子午流注理论的择时揿针治疗。观察比较2组疗效、睡眠质量和胃肠功能恢复情况等。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),患者睡眠质量和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间和开始进食时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌术后采用基于子午流注理论的择时揿针治疗,可以提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量和睡眠质量,加快肠胃功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of timing press needling on gastrointestinal function of postoperative colorectal cancer based on theory of ebb and flow of midnight and midday.Methods Total 60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with timing press needling based on theory of ebb and flow of midnight and midday.The efficacy,sleep quality and recovery of gastrointestinal function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate and the scores of sleep quality and quality of life of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound,the first anal exhaust time and feeding start time were earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The timing press needling based on theory of ebb and flow of midnight and midday can improve the therapeutic effect,the quality of life and sleep of patients,and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of clinical application.
