腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对患者手术指标、炎性因子及并发症的影响

Effects of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer on Surgical Indexes,Inflammatory Factors and Complications

目的:分析腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对患者手术指标、炎性因子以及术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2023年6月,本院治疗的80例结直肠癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗。观察比较2组手术指标、炎性因子水平及并发症情况。结果:治疗后观察组手术指标、炎性因子水平及术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜根治术治疗,可以显著改善患者相关手术指标及炎性因子水平,减少术后并发症的发生,临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer on surgical indicators,inflammatory factors and postoperative complications.Methods Total 80 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,while the control group received traditional open surgery.The surgical indicators,inflammatory factors and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the levels of surgical indicators,inflammatory factors and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection in patients with colorectal cancer can significantly improve the levels of surgical indicators and inflammatory factors,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,with significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
