锥形切除保留皮瓣术治疗混合痔46例临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Conical Resection with Preserved Flap in Treating 46 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探究锥形切除保留皮瓣术治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法:选择2021年1月至2022年6月,本院治疗的92例混合痔患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例。治疗组采用锥形切除保留皮瓣术治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗。观察比较2组创面愈合时间,创面疼痛程度和肛门渗液等情况。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术后1、3、5 d及出院时创面疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后1个月肛门渗液和排便时疼痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用锥形切除保留皮瓣术治疗混合痔,可明显提高疗效,缩短创面愈合时间,缓解术后疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of conical resection with reserved flap in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,total 92 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The treatment group received conical resection with reserved flap,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The wound healing time,wound pain and anal effusion were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound pain score 1,3,5 days after surgery and at discharge was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of anal effusion and pain during bowel movement one month after surgery was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conical resection with reserved flap in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can significantly improve the efficacy,shorten the wound healing time,relieve the postoperative pain and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
