液气比对湿法脱硫系统能耗的影响及节能潜力分析

摘要 基于某1000MW级燃煤电厂1号机组实际运行中的大量数据,探讨了液气比对脱硫效率和电耗能的影响;运用正态分布统计分析,探索机组控制净烟气SO_(2)平均浓度在23mg/m^(3)左右时所需的液气比大小和对应的pH值,讨论液气比对脱硫能耗的影响及节能潜力,得出将液气比控制在合理的范围内可以达到良好节能效果的结论。 Based on the massive data of Unit 1 in the operation of a 1000 MW coal-fired power plant,the effects of liquid-gas ratio on desulfurization efficiency and power consumption is discussed.Normal distribution statistical analysis is adopted to explore the required liquid-gas ratio and the corresponding pH value for controlling the average concentration of SO_(2) in the net flue gas of the unit at around 23 mg/m^(3),and the effects of liquid-gas ratio on desulfurization energy consumption and energy-saving potential are also discussed.It comes to a conclusion that controlling the liquid-gas ratio within a reasonable range is available to achieve sound energy-saving effects.
