文旅融合背景下新老城区间近郊村更新策略研究

Research on the Renewal Strategies for the Suburban Villages Between New and Old Urban Areas under the Background of Culture and Tourism Integration

在当前城镇化和乡村振兴战略背景下,文旅融合成为一种战略性选择,既能有效促进乡村旅游的高质量发展并丰富其文化内涵,又能作为内在驱动力影响乡村旅游。乡村旅游也成为传承和发展地方文化的关键途径。作为新老城区连接区域的城市近郊村面临的主要挑战包括文化遗产活力的衰减、旅游产品的同质化、村落的空心化、产业转型的困境。本研究以巴格日社区为例,采用从微观案例到宏观策略的分析方法,探索如何在文旅融合的框架内,依据文化体验性、资源有限性、生态环保性的原则,将文化因素融入旅游体验中。同时对游客、居民及其他相关群体的村落空间需求进行分析,以优化村庄公共空间布局,促进产业转型和升级。这将为旅游型近郊村的文化传承和乡村振兴提供有效的更新方向,同时也为相似类型的村庄在规划和产业策略方面提供借鉴。

In the context of the current urbanization and rural revitalization strategy,the integration of culture and tourism has become a strategic choice,which can not only effectively promote the high-quality development of rural tourism and enrich its cultural connotation,but also influence rural tourism as an internal driving force,and rural tourism has become a key way to inherit and develop local culture.As a connecting area between the new and old urban areas,the suburban villages mainly face several challenges,such as the decay of cultural heritage vitality,the homogenization of tourism products,the hollowing-out of villages and the dilemma of industrial transformation.Taking Bagri Community as an example,this paper adopts the analysis method from micro cases to macro strategies to explore how to integrate cultural factors into tourism experience within the framework of cultural and tourism integration according to the principles of cultural experience,resource limitation and ecological environmental protection.It also analyzes the needs of tourists,residents and other participants for village space so as to optimize the layout of village public space,and to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Finally,this will provide an effective renewal direction for the cultural inheritance and rural revitalization of tourism-oriented suburban villages,and also provide an academic reference for the planning and industrial strategies of similar types of villages.
