价值导向下历史文化街区保护与更新路径研究——以跃进路历史文化街区为例

Research on the Protection and Renewal Path of Historic and Cultural Districts under Value Orientation:A Case of Yuejin Road Historical and Cultural District

随着城市发展方式的转变,城市更加重视个性化、特色化发展,城市建设强调塑造特色风貌、展示历史文化。因此,历史文化街区保护与更新的作用更为突出。文章以跃进路历史文化街区为实例,以街区的价值特征为导向,构建“价值特征识别与梳理—有形载体保护与管控—无形文化传承与展示—当代价值激活与发展”的保护与更新路径,提出街区形态格局、街巷和建筑的分类保护与分级管控、街区文化展示馆建立、文化景观场所打造、文化活动传承、街区产业回归、居住品质提升的发展策略,以期为历史文化街区保护更新提供参考。

With the transformation of urban development mode,cities pay more attention to personalized and characteristic development,and urban construction emphasizes shaping characteristic features and displaying history and culture.Therefore,the role of protection and renewal of historical and cultural districts is more prominent.Taking Yuejin Road historical and cultural district as an example,this paper discusses the construction of a protection and renewal path of“identification and sorting of value characteristics,protection and control of tangible carriers,inheritance and display of intangible culture,and activation and development of contemporary value”based on the value characteristics of the block,and proposes the development strategies of classification and grading protection of block forms,streets and buildings,the establishment of block cultural exhibition halls,the creation of cultural landscape places,the inheritance of cultural activities,the return of block industries,and the improvement of living quality,in order to provide a reference for the protection and renewal of historic blocks.
