摘要
近年来,随着建筑规模的不断扩大和建筑物造型的日益复杂,对工程造价的要求也越来越高。在这一背景下,工程量的计算显得尤为重要。近年来,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术得到了飞速发展,为工程量计算提供了巨大的帮助。文章以某医院的通风空调系统为例,通过广联达BIM算量软件和手工算量对该案例进行了工程量计算,并采用案例研究法和数据对比分析法对结果进行了数据分析和比较。同时,对BIM算量软件设计结果偏差的来源进行了剖析,并提出了一些建议,以优化BIM技术在通风空调系统算量软件中的应用,从而提高工程量计算工作的效率和准确性,进一步提升建设项目的整体效率。
In recent years,with the continuous expansion of building scale and the increasing complexity of building shapes,the requirements for engineering cost have also become higher.In this context,the calculation of quantities becomes particularly important.Fortunately,in recent years,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has been rapidly developing and has provided significant assistance in quantity calculation.This paper takes the ventilation and air-conditioning system of a certain hospital as an example and conducts quantity calculation with Glodon BIM quantity calculation software and manual quantification.The case study method and data comparison analysis method are employed to analyze and compare the results.Additionally,the sources of deviations in the design results of the BIM quantity calculation software are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the application of BIM technology in the quantity calculation software of the ventilation and air-conditioning system,thereby enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of quantity calculation work and further improving the overall efficiency of construction projects.
