超长钻孔灌注桩软钻辅助沉笼施工技术

摘要 地下工程具有区域性、隐蔽性的特点,进行较深桩基施工时各种技术参数较难掌握且极易出现坚硬障碍物卡钻、钢筋笼缠绕等现象。基于此,文章改进了清理沉渣的简易软钻装置,新装置具有操作方便、用途多样处理效果好、制备及使用成本低的特点,在此基础上开展软钻辅助处理塌孔、卡笼、沉渣过厚等钢筋笼就位困难的研究,形成了综合成套施工技术,为相关工程的应用提供了一定的借鉴。 The underground engineering has the characteristics of regional and concealment.It is difficult to master various technical parameters during the construction of deep pile foundation,and it is easy to appear the phenomenon of hard obstacle sticking and steel cage winding.Based on this,this paper improves the simple soft drilling device for cleaning the sediment.The new device has the characteristics of convenient operation,various uses,good treatment effect and low cost of preparation and use.On this basis,the research on the difficulty of soft drilling to assist in the treatment of hole collapse,cage sticking,excessive slag and other steel cages is carried out,and a comprehensive set of construction technology is formed.The paper provides a certain reference for the application of the technology in related projects.
