摘要
脉动特性是低噪声螺杆滑油泵的固有特性。由于脉动剧烈时易对泵的工作稳定性产生不良影响,研究其脉动特性十分重要。本文针对某低噪声螺杆滑油泵,开展不同定转子间隙、排气阀开度和进口含气率的脉动特性研究。研究结果表明,在研究参数范围内,脉动随间隙增大呈现先升高后下降趋势,随排气阀开度增大而单调递增,随含气率增大而先增大后保持平稳。本文研究结果可为螺杆滑油泵的设计与使用工况提供一定参考。
Pulsation performances are inherent of low-noise screw oil pumps.Since the violent pulsation is likely to affect the working stability of the pump,it is of significant importance to study its pulsation performances.In this study,the pulsation performances of a low-noise screw oil pump as affected by rotor clearance,exhaust valve opening degree,and inlet gas content were detailed.The results show that the pulsation increases initially and then declines when the rotor clearance is increased,it increases monotonously when the exhaust valve opening degree is increased,and it increases to a stable value when the inlet gas content is increased.The results obtained from this study can provide reference for the design and use of screw oil pumps.
