安德森模型视角下脑卒中出院患者“互联网+中医护理服务”的需求现状及其影响因素分析

Current Demand for"Internet+TCM Nursing Service"of Discharged Stroke Patients from the Perspective of Anderson Model and Its Influencing Factors

目的基于安德森模型分析脑卒中出院患者“互联网+中医护理服务”的需求现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取2023年在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院脑病科及康复科住院治疗的脑卒中出院患者为调查对象。采用自制《脑卒中出院患者对“互联网+中医护理服务”需求情况影响因素调查问卷》《脑卒中出院患者对“互联网+中医护理服务”需求内容调查量表》对患者进行问卷调查。采用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨脑卒中出院患者“互联网+中医护理服务”需求情况的影响因素。结果共发放问卷183份,回收有效问卷174份,有效回收率为95.1%。174例患者中,有“互联网+中医护理服务”需求115例(66.1%)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭人均月收入、社会支持度、自感疾病严重程度、对“互联网+中医护理服务”知晓情况是脑卒中出院患者“互联网+中医护理服务”需求情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。115例有“互联网+中医护理服务”需求患者的中医康复护理指导、中医护理适宜技术、中医生活护理、中医饮食护理、中医情志护理、中医并发症预防护理评分分别为(4.04±0.93)、(4.13±0.78)、(3.52±1.04)、(3.68±1.03)、(3.79±0.90)、(3.88±0.94)分。结论目前脑卒中出院患者“互联网+中医护理服务”需求较高,尤其是中医护理适宜技术、中医康复护理指导的需求。倾向因素中的文化程度、使能因素中的家庭人均月收入和社会支持度、需求因素中的自感疾病严重程度和对“互联网+中医护理服务”知晓情况是脑卒中出院患者“互联网+中医护理服务”需求情况的影响因素。

Objective To analyze the current demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service"of discharged stroke patients based on the Anderson model,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods In 2023,discharged stroke patients hospitalized in the Department of Encephalopathy and Department of Rehabilitation of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were selected by convenience sampling method.The self-developed Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Demand foR"Internet+TCM Nursing Service"of Discharged Stroke Patients and Questionnaire on Demand Content of"Internet+TCM Nursing Service"of Discharged Stroke Patients were used to conduct the questionnaire survey on the patients.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of the demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service"of discharged stroke patients.Results A total of 183 questionnaires were sent out,and 174 were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 95.1%.Among the 174 patients,115(66.1%)had demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service".Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,peRcapita monthly family income,social support degree,self-perceived disease severity,and awareness of"internet+TCM nursing service"were the influencing factors of the demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service"of discharged stroke patients(P<0.05).The scores of TCM rehabilitation nursing guidance,TCM nursing appropriate technology,TCM life nursing,TCM diet nursing,TCM emotional nursing and TCM complication prevention nursing of 115 patients who had demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service"were(4.04±0.93),(4.13±0.78),(3.52±1.04),(3.68±1.03),(3.79±0.90)and(3.88±0.94),respectively.Conclusion At present,discharged stroke patients have a high demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service",especially foRTCM nursing appropriate technology and TCM rehabilitation nursing guidance.The educational level in the propensity factors,peRcapita monthly family income and social support in enabling factors,self-perceived disease severity and awareness of"internet+TCM nursing service"in demand factors are the influencing factors of the demand foR"internet+TCM nursing service"of discharged stroke patients.
