无铅卤系钙钛矿在制革加工中的应用前景

摘要 皮革作为一种兼具实用性和时尚性的天然材料,已经深入生活的方方面面。为了适应时代发展,皮革行业亟需丰富产品的功能性。现有研究表明,将纳米材料引入制革加工中可赋予皮革抗菌、阻燃、耐黄变等功能。近年来,无铅卤系钙钛矿类纳米材料因其可见光吸收能力强、结构可调等特点在光电领域得到广泛应用,这也使其在皮革行业中展现出巨大的应用潜力。文章首先阐述了无铅卤系钙钛矿的结构演变,总结了无铅卤系钙钛矿的制备方法及其优缺点,同时对其在制革加工中的应用进行了探讨。最后,就现阶段无铅卤系钙钛矿在制革加工中应用存在的问题及今后的应用方向及前景进行了展望。 Leather is a natural material that combines practicality with fashion.To kep up with the changing times,the leather industry must enrich the functionality of its products.Current research has shown that incorporating nanomaterials into leather-making process could provide leather with antibacterial,flame retardant,and yellowing-resistant properties.Lead-free halide perovskite nanomaterials have become increasingly popular in optoelectronics due to their strong visible light absorption and adjustable structure,which also show great potential in the leather industry.This review described the structural evolution of lead-free halide perovskites.We further summarized the preparation methods and compared their advantages and disadvantages.Their applications in leather-making process were discussed.Finally,the existing problems in the application of lead-free halide perovskites in leather-making process were pointed,along with future application directions and prospects.
