智慧引领、数据赋能--全国城市交通跟踪监测与评估

摘要 通过智慧化和数据驱动的方式,提升我国城市交通基础设施监测和评估水平。首先,分析我国城市交通基础设施规模庞大但监测和管理水平有待提高的现状,并强调利用大数据技术进行城市交通监测的重要性。其次,回顾国内外城市交通监测理论与实践的发展,包括城市交通年报的编制和大范围城市群的交通状况监测报告。介绍全国主要城市交通监测技术方面的探索,包括技术路线、数据来源、指标筛选、算法优化和效果回顾等。结果显示,报告发布引起了社会各界对城市交通问题的广泛关注,大量城市也出台了相应改善措施,全国层面的交通监测让交通设施水平和服务水平透明化,进而推动城市交通治理。最后,提出未来的研究方向,从监测走向决策支持,开展精细化交通治理研究等。通过智慧化和数据化手段提升城市交通监测评估水平,为我国城市交通治理提供了科学支撑。 This study aims to enhance the level of monitoring and evaluation of urban transportation infrastructure in China through intelligent and data-driven methods.Firstly,the study outlines the current situation that urban transportation infrastructure is vast with the need to be improved for the level of monitoring and management in China.It also emphasizes the importance of urban transportation monitoring with big data technology.Then the study reviews the development of urban transportation monitoring theory and practice in China and foreign cities,including the preparation of city-level annual transportation reports and monitoring reports of large-scale inter-city traffic status.Thirdly,the study introduces the exploration of traffic monitoring technology in major cities across the country by the working group,including methods,data,indicators,and algorithm optimization.The results show that the release of the report has drawn widespread attention to urban transportation issues from all walks of life,and many cities have introduced corresponding improvement measures.It is evident that national-level traffic monitoring has made the level of transportation infrastructure and services transparent,thereby promoting urban traffic management.Finally,the study proposes the future research fields,including transitioning from monitoring to decision support,implementing designated transportation governance research,etc.In general,intelligent and data-driven methods using in monitoring and evaluation provide qualitative and quantitative evidence for urban transportation governance.
