我国全龄友好城市的内涵与建设策略研究

RESEARCH ON THE CONNOTATION AND CONSTRUCTION STRATEGIES OF ALL-AGE FRIENDLY CITY IN CHINA

全龄友好城市建设是“人民城市”建设的本质要求。在梳理全龄友好城市理念演变的基础上,总结当前我国全龄友好方面的挑战,提出全龄友好城市在价值理念、工作核心和建设内容等方面的内涵,即全龄友好城市是“以人民为中心的发展思想”的具体落实,是各类不同人群需求和单一人群友好的统筹兼顾,是空间硬环境和社会软环境的双重友好,目标是满足每个年龄段不同需求和实现代际团结、社会和谐共融。空间建设的策略包括科学认知人群需求、统筹兼顾空间需求、关注日常生活场景、完善提升标准规范、并积极引导多方参与等。

Building an All-Age FriendlyCity is the essential requirement for the construction of people-oriented cities.Based on sorting out the concept evolution of All-Age Friendly City,this article summarizes the current challenges faced by All-Age Friendly City in China,and proposes the connotation of All-Age Friendly City in terms of value concept,core work,and construction content.It is believed that All-Age Friendly City is the specific implementation for the thought of peopleoriented development,which integrates the needs of different groups and the friendly construction for a single group,indicating the dual friendliness of the spatial hard environment and social soft environment.It aims to satisfy the different needs of the groups in different ages and achieve harmonious coexistence among different groups.The strategies for spatial construction include scientifically understanding the needs of the population,comprehensively integrating spatial needs,focusing on scenarios of daily life,improving standards and norms,and actively guiding the participation of multi-party.
