摘要
本文基于2006到2019年中国246个地级市的数据,运用多时点双重差分模型,实证分析了低碳试点政策对绿色全要素生产率的影响,并对该政策的作用渠道分析与异质性分析。研究发现:(1)低碳试点政策提升了我国绿色全要素生产率。(2)技术创新水平、产业高级化、产业合理化是试点政策提高绿色全要素生产率的重要渠道。(3)低碳试点政策对我国东部与西部、非资源型城市的绿色全要素生产率提升效果显著。
Based on data from 246 prefecture level cities in China from 2006 to 2019,this article uses a multi time point double difference model to empirically analyze the impact of low-carbon pilot policies on green total factor productivity,and analyzes the channels and heterogeneity of the policy's impact.Research has found that:(1)low-carbon pilot policies have improved China's green total factor productivity.(2)technological innovation level,industrial upgrading,and industrial rationalization are important channels for pilot policies to improve green total factor productivity.(3)low-carbon pilot policies have a significant effect on improving green total factor productivity in non resource-based cities in the eastern and western regions of China.
