数据要素市场化对制造业全要素产率的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Marketization of Data Elements on Total Factor Productivity in Manufacturing Industries

本文从数据要素市场化的组成视角出发,构建了数据要素市场化指标,为了解各省份数据要素市场化水平现状以供参考,并以2013一2020年中国制造业企业上市企业公司数据为样本,在构建数据要素市场化影响制造业企业全要素生产率理论框架的基础上,实证检验了数据要素市场化对企业全要素生产率的影响机理。研究发现:(1)数据要素市场对制造业全要素生产率具有显著正向影响,提高数据要素市场化水平有利于提升制造业全要素生产率。(2)内在机理表明,融资约束和企业创新的中介效应显著,数据要素市场化可以通过缓解企业融资约束和促进企业创新来提升制造业企业全要素生产率。(3)异质性效应表明,数据要素市场化对国营经济企业和处于明星型省份企业效果较好。

From the perspective of the composition of data factor marketization,this paper constructs indicators to evaluate the level of data factor marketization,aiming to provide a reference for understanding the current status of data factor marketization in various provinces.Using the data of listed manufacturing enterprises in China from 2013 to 2020 as a sample,based on the theoretical framework of the impact of data factor marketization on total factor productivity in manufacturing enterprises,this paper empirically tests the mechanism of data factor marketization's impact on enterprise TFP.The research finds that:(1)The data factor market has a significant positive impact on the TFP of manufacturing industries,and improving the level of data factor marketization is conducive to enhancing the TFP of manufacturing industries.(2)The internal mechanism indicates that the mediating effects of financing constraints and enterprise innovation are significant.Data factor marketization can enhance the TFP of manufacturing enterprises by alleviating financing constraints and promoting enterprise innovation.(3)Heterogeneity effects show that data factor marketization has a better effect on state-owned economic enterprises and enterprises located in star-rated provinces.
