基于移动群智感知的隐私保护研究

Research on Privacy Protection Based on Mobile Crowdsensing

得益于移动设备和无线网络的快速发展,移动群智感知(Mobile Crowdsensing,MCS)作为一种新型数据感知范式逐渐兴起,但在执行感知任务过程中,用户的个人隐私和数据安全面临多种多样的隐私风险,同时大大降低系统的可用性;为应对移动群智感知中的隐私问题,对现有的隐私保护方案进行了调查分析。首先简要介绍移动群智感知的系统模型和主要安全技术,以移动群智感知系统为整体,总结在感知任务过程中存在隐私威胁;其次,在上述威胁基础上重点讨论感知任务过程中位置隐私、数据隐私以及竞价隐私,并对其相关研究进行归纳分析;最后,进一步对移动群智感知未来发展进行展望。

Thanks to the rapid development of mobile devices and wireless networks,Mobile Crowdsensing(MCS)has gradually emerged as a new paradigm of data perception.However,during the execution of perception tasks,users face various privacy risks in terms of personal privacy and data security,while greatly reducing system availability.To address privacy issues in mobile crowdsensing,an investigation and analysis were conducted on existing privacy protection schemes.Firstly,a brief introduction is given to the system model and main security technologies of mobile crowdsensing.Taking the mobile crowdsensing system as a whole,it is summarized that there are privacy threats in the perception task process.Secondly,based on the above threats,we will focus on discussing location privacy,data privacy,and bidding privacy in the perception task process,and summarize and analyze their related research.Finally,further prospects are provided for the future development of mobile crowdsensing.
