摘要
我国心血管疾病发病率居高不下,截至2022年心血管患病人数达3.3亿。心血管疾病可引起自主神经系统功能紊乱,常表现为交感神经过度激活和副交感神经功能下降,导致心源性死亡风险增加。心率减速力作为评估迷走神经功能的非侵入性定量测量指标,其特异性、准确性得到研究者的广泛认可,在冠心病、高血压、心律失常、心功能不全等领域得到越来越广泛的应用。心率减速力目前主要用于迷走神经功能测定、高危患者识别、预后评估及发病机制研究等。本文将心率减速力在心血管疾病中的诊断方法、预后判断、危险分层方法研究现状进行综述。
The prevalence of cardiovascular disease in China remains high.It is estimated that the incidence of CVD has been over 330 million by 2022.Autonomic nervous dysfunction,mainly manifested as increased sympathetic nerve activity and decreased parasympathetic nerve function is common in cardiovascular diseases which is considered to increase the risk of cardiac death.To evaluate the vagal tone,deceleration capacity(DC)of heart rate is often employed as a non-invasive quantitative measurement index.It has been widely used in diagnosis of CVD including coronary heart disease,hypertension,arrhythmia and cardiac insufficiency for the specificity and accuracy.It is mainly used to distinguish high-risk CVD patients,explore the pathogenesis and evaluate the prognosis of patients.This paper reviews the progress of research on the heart rate DC,including application of DC in diagnosis,prognosis,risk stratification in CVD.
