摘要
本文针对85000 DWT散货船锚机基座及下加强结构的设计,在锚机安全作业和便于维护的前提下,基于基座结构简单、下加强结构与原有的船体结构相协调和易于施工等原则,提出初步设计方案,建立锚机基座及下加强结构的局部有限元模型,分析其在不同工况下结构的受力情况,优化设计出满足不同工况下的锚机基座及下加强结构,可以为后续类似的锚机设备布置和首部结构设计提供参考。
In this paper,with regard to the design of the windlass foundation and reinforcing structure of the 85000 DWT bulk carrier and on the premise that ensures safe operation and ease of maintenance for the windlass,a preliminary design scheme is proposed on basis of such principles as simplified supporting structure,compatibility between the reinforcing structure and the main hull configuration,and construction feasibility.A local finite element model of both windlass foundation and reinforcing structure is developed to analyze stress distribution under various operational conditions.The windlass foundation and reinforecment is designed in an optimized way to operate at different working conditions,which provides valuable reference for future layouts of similar windlass equipment and bow structural design.
