摘要
企业绿色创新对实现绿色转型和高质量发展具有重要意义。本文在新一轮能源革命以及数字化背景下,利用上市能源企业样本数据,实证分析了能源企业绿色创新的驱动路径,并提取多年度组态演化规律。研究发现:能源企业实现绿色创新受到企业内部数字化、动态能力、冗余资源以及外部环境动力、活力、压力等多个前因条件共同作用,并形成了数字化单驱动型、动态能力单驱动型以及数字化-动态能力的双驱动型等三种驱动模式;此外,传统能源企业绿色创新绩效的主要驱动模式为动态能力的单驱动模式,而新能源企业实现绿色创新的主要驱动模式为数字化-动态能力的双驱动模式。
The green innovation of enterprises is of great significance for achieving green transformation and high-quality development.Starting from the perspective of a new round of energy revolution and digitalization,this paper used sample data from listed energy companies,empirically analyzed the driving modes of green innovation of energy enterprises,and finally extracted the multi-year configuration evolution law.It was found in the research that,firstly,the realization of green innovation by energy enterprises can be influenced by multiple antecedent conditions such as internal digitalization,dynamic capabilities,redundant resources,and external environmental dynamics,vitality,and pressure.Secondly,the results especially formed into three driving modes:“digitalization single-driven”,“dynamic capabilities single-driven”,and“digitalization-dynamic capabilities linked double-driven”.In addition,the main driving mode for traditional energy enterprises to achieve green innovation is the“dynamic capabilities single-driven”mode,but for new energy enterprises which is changed to be the“digitalization-dynamic capabilities linked double-driven”.
