沥青四组分对高黏沥青性能的影响

摘要 高黏沥青在我国排水沥青路面中广泛应用,基质沥青组分变化对高黏沥青的制备和综合应用性能有重要影响。文中选取5种基质沥青制备SBS高黏沥青,采用常规性能和流变性能等指标评价了基质沥青组分变化对高黏沥青综合性能的影响。随着基质沥青中芳香分含量的增加,高黏沥青的135℃黏度和离析逐渐变小,说明基质沥青中芳香分含量有助于改善高黏沥青的施工和易性和储存稳定性;在高温性能方面,随着沥青中的芳香分含量逐渐增加、沥青质含量降低,沥青的60℃车辙因子逐渐减小,高温性能与基质沥青的组分存在较好的线性相关性;在低温性能方面,不同芳香分含量的基质沥青制备的高黏沥青具有相同的低温PG等级,未明显改善低温性能。 High viscosity asphalt is widely used in drainage asphalt pavement in China,and the changes in the composition of the base asphalt have a significant impact on the preparation and comprehensive application performance of high viscosity asphalt.In this paper,5 types of matrix asphalt were selected to prepare high viscosity asphalt,and the comprehensive performance of high viscosity asphalt was evaluated using conventional performance and rheological properties indicators.As the aromatic content in the matrix asphalt increased,the viscosity and segregation of high viscosity asphalt at 135 C gradually decreased,indicating that the aromatic content in the matrix asphalt improved the construction,workability,and storage stability of high viscosity asphalt.In terms of high-temperature performance,the 60 C rutting factor gradually decreased as the aromatic content in asphalt gradually increased.And there was a good linear correlation between high-temperature performance and the composition of the base asphalt.In terms of low-temperature performance,the changes of aromatic content in base asphalt had not significant improvement on the low-temperature performance of the high viscosity asphalt.
