40万t/a合成氨装置低温甲醇洗工序开车操作分析与优化

摘要 介绍了低温甲醇洗的技术原理及宜都兴发公司低温甲醇洗工艺流程。分析了贫甲醇循环量、液氨流量、气氨压力、吸收压力、甲醇再生、半贫甲醇循环量等因素对低温甲醇洗装置开车时长的影响,并针对不同因素采取了相应的优化措施,在优化操作控制指标的同时,有效缩短了低温甲醇洗工序的开车时长,有益于企业效益的提高。 The technical principle and process flow of rectisol unit in Yidu Xingfa Chemical Company Limited were introduced.The influence of lean methanol circulation volume,liquid ammonia flow,gas ammonia pressure,absorption pressure,methanol regeneration,semi-lean methanol circulation volume and other factors on the start-up time of rectisol unit was analyzed,and corresponding optimization measures were taken for different factors.While optimizing the operation control indicators,the start-up time of rectisol process was effectively shortened,and it was beneficial to the improvement of enterprise efficiency.
