油田井场污水多价阳离子处理技术研究

摘要 油田井场污水组成复杂且含有多种多价离子,直接外排不仅污染周围环境,也无法实现节约水资源和回收利用的目的。综述了油田污水中多价离子的各种处理技术,包括化学沉淀、混凝/絮凝、螯合/络合、屏蔽/掩蔽等;对不同处理技术的优劣势和适用条件进行了对比分析;最后对油田井场污水多价离子处理技术未来的研究方向进行了展望,总结提出:应迎合绿色化学思路,着重开展微生物和生物膜污水处理技术研究,并大力发展复合絮凝剂及多功能多价离子处理剂技术。 The composition of oilfield well site sewage is complex and contains many polyvalent ions.Direct discharge not only pollutes the surrounding environment,but also fails to realize the purpose of saving water resources and recycling.In this paper,various treatment technologies of polyvalent ions in oilfield wastewater were reviewed,including chemical precipitation,coagulation/flocculation,chelation/complexation,shielding/masking,etc.The advantages,disadvantages and conditions of application of different treatment technologies were analyzed.Lastly,the future research direction of multivalent ion treatment technology for oilfield well site wastewater was prospected,and it was concluded that it is necessary to cater to the green chemistry idea,focus on the research of microbial and biofilm wastewater treatment technology,and vigorously develop the technology of composite flocculant and multifunctional multivalent ion treatment agent.
