摘要
国内某千万吨级炼化公司采用大连院开发的“低温柴油吸收-碱液脱硫”技术建设了一套罐区异味治理装置。介绍了该装置的基本运行情况和装置运行过程中发现的制冷冰机非正常运行、吸收柴油杂质含量较多以及配套系统阻火阀堵塞、气相管路存液、储罐密封不严等问题。炼化公司结合实际生产情况,仔细分析问题形成原因,采取了一系列应对措施进行装置运行优化。措施实施后效果明显,装置平稳运行时间增长,废气净化效果明显提高。
A domestic refining company has constructed an odor gas treatment plant in tank area using the technology of"low-temperature diesel absorption and alkaline desulfurization"developed by FRIPP.In this article,the operation situation of the plant was introduced,as well as the problems in the operation of the refrigeration machine such as abnormal operation,high impurity of diesel for absorption,blockage of the matching system's flame arrester valve,liquid accumulation in the gas-phase pipeline,and inadequate sealing of the storage tank.Based on the actual production situation,the causes of the problems were carefully analyzed,and a series of measures were taken to optimize the operation of the plant.After the implementation of the measures,the effect was significant,the time of the plant with stable situation was extended,gas purification effect was significant improvement.
