重大活动医疗保障救援的数字化应用与研究——以马拉松赛事期间的医疗保障实践为例

Digital application and research on medical support and first-aid for major events-A case study of medical support during marathon events

通过研究数字化技术在重大活动医疗保障救援的实践应用,实现对医疗资源调配的高效性、远程会诊的及时性以及信息采集过程的完整性。以城市马拉松医疗保障为切入点,对数字化技术在重大活动医疗保障救援的应用展开研究。通过“医疗急救专网”“数据业务中台”和“运营中台”对超大城市马拉松赛事的信息化支撑,以及“5G急救车”“无人机”“智能硬件”“通信应急车”的应用,广州马拉松医疗保障救援效果显著,极大程度地保障了赛事安全平稳进行。大型活动医疗保障是院前急救的重要业务场景之一,随着数字化技术在广州马拉松医疗保障活动的成功实践与应用,研究和探索数字化技术在城市重大活动医疗保障的通用性、高效性和创新性,将会赋能更多城市大型活动的医疗保障救援工作。

By studying the practical application of digital technology in medical support and first-aid for major events,the high efficiency of medical resources allocation,timeliness of remote consultation and integrity of information collection process are realized.Focusing on the medical support for urban marathons,this study investigates the application of digital technology in medical support and first-aid for major events.Through the information support of"Dedicated Network for Medical Emergency service""Data Service Center"and"Operation Center"for marathons in megacities,as well as the application of"5G ambulance","drones","intelligent hardware"and"emergency communications vehicle",the medical support and first-aid in Guangzhou Marathon was remarkable,which greatly ensured the safe and smooth progress of the event.Medical support and first-aid for major events is one of the important application scenarios of pre-hospital first-aid.With the successful practice and application of digital technology in Guangzhou Marathon,the research and exploration of the universality,efficiency,and innovation of such technologies in medical support for other major urban events will empower the overall the medical support and first-aid operations in more major urban events.
