In the new era,the proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy has pointed out a new direction for ideological and political education in vocational colleges.As an important position to train technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of providing talent support and intellectual support for rural revitalization.As the soul of higher vocational education,ideological and political education plays an important role in leading students to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,cultivate noble moral sentiment,and temper excellent professional quality.However,at present,ideological and political education in vocational colleges still has some problems,such as content divorced from reality and insufficient innovation of methods.It is urgent to explore effective ways to promote the deep integration of ideological and political education and rural revitalization.Therefore,this paper starts with the significance of ideological and political education in vocational colleges and analyzes the path and safeguard measures of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,in order to contribute wisdom and strength to ideological and political education in vocational colleges in the new era and lay a solid talent foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
