摘要
为探究不同饲养方式对乌骨鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,试验选择240羽10周龄、体重相近、健康无病的白羽乌骨鸡,随机分为果林散养和笼养两组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只鸡。试验期10周。结果显示:果林散养组试验鸡末重显著低于笼养组(P<0.05),平均日增重低于笼养组(P>0.05)。果林散养组乌骨鸡血液总蛋白(TP)含量和淀粉酶(AMY)活性显著高于笼养组(P<0.05),球蛋白(GLB)、尿素氮(BUN)、葡萄糖(GLU)的含量及天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)活性高于笼养组(P>0.05),甘油三酯(TG)含量显著低于笼养组(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)的含量及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性低于笼养组(P>0.05)。结果显示,与笼养相比,果林散养不利于乌骨鸡体重增长,但对乌骨鸡的健康状况具有一定改善作用。
To investigate the effects of different rearing methods on the growth performance and blood biochemical indicators of Black-boned chickens,the experiment selected 240 healthy White-feathered Black-boned chickens at 10 weeks of age with similar body weight and divided them randomly into two groups:Free-range in the orchard and caged rearing.Each group had three replicates,with 40 chickens per replicate,for a period of 10 weeks.The results showed that the final weight of the free-range chickens in the orchard was significantly lower than that of the caged group(P<0.05),and their average daily weight gain were lower than the caged group(P>0.05).The content of total protein(TP)and the activity of amylase(AMY)in the blood of the free-range chickens were significantly higher than those in the caged group(P<0.05),while the content of globulin(GLB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glucose(GLU),and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were higher in the free-range group than in the caged group(P>0.05).The content of triglycerides(TG)was significantly lower in the freerange group than in the caged group(P<0.05),and the content of albumin(ALB),total bilirubin(TBIL),and the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and creatine kinase(CK)were lower in the free-range group than in the caged group(P>0.05).The results indicate that compared with caged rearing,free-range in the orchard is not conducive to the weight gain of Black-boned chickens,but it has a certain improving effect on the health status of the Black-bonedchickens.
