热应激对哺乳动物精子发生的影响及其防控措施

摘要 热应激不仅可对动物健康造成影响,还会对养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。高温会使哺乳动物出现热应激现象,造成动物生殖激素分泌紊乱和精子生成障碍,严重降低动物的精液品质,导致母畜的受孕率、胚胎成活率、家畜繁殖能力降低。文章论述了热应激对睾丸组织、生殖激素调节、精液品质的影响,总结动物养殖过程中针对热应激的防控对策,为缓解家畜由高温导致的负面影响,提高家畜繁殖能力,降低经济损失提供参考。 Heat stress not only affects the health of animals but also causes significant economic losses to the breeding industry.High temperatures can lead to heat stress in mammals,causing disorders in the secretion of reproductive hormones and obstructions in sperm production,severely reducing the quality of animal semen,and leading to decreased conception rates,embryonic viability,and reproductive capacity in livestock.The article discusses the effects of heat stress on testicular tissue,regulation of reproductive hormones,and semen quality,and summarizes control strategies against heat stress in animal husbandry.It provides references for alleviating the negative impacts of high temperatures on livestock,improving reproductive capacity,and reducing economic losses.
