江西省南丰县恙虫病流行病学特征和临床特点分析研究

Epidemiological and clinical characteristics analysis and prevention and control strategies of tsutsugamushi disease in Nanfeng County,Jiangxi Province

目的:研究江西省某县恙虫病流行病学特征和临床特点及防控策略。方法:选择2022年1月-2023年10月南丰县“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”中报告的68例恙虫病患者作为研究对象,分析所有患者的临床流行病学特征、临床特点。结果:68例恙虫病患者中男性32例(47.06%),女性36例(52.94%);年龄分布为少儿(<18岁)2例(2.94%),中青年(18~59岁)58例(85.29%),老年(>59岁)8例(11.76%);职业分布排前三分别为农民55例(80.88%)、工人9例(13.24%)、公司职员2例(2.94%)。68例恙虫病患者中均存在症状排前三的为发热(100.00%),头痛45例(66.18%)、畏寒寒颤39例(57.35%)。68例恙虫病患者中嗜酸粒细胞减少54例(79.41%)、白细胞减少23例(33.83%)、白细胞增加9例(13.24%)、血小板计数降低20例(29.41%)、CRP异常升高的有65例(95.59%),PCT异常的有15例(22.06%)。结论:恙虫病患者以农民为主,临床表现以发热、头痛、畏寒寒颤等为主,应加强辖区内医护人员对于恙虫病相关知识的培训及重点人群的健康教育,以提升防控能力。

Objective:To study the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of tsutsugamushi disease in Nanfeng County,Jiangxi Province,and to analyze its prevention and control strategies.Method:68 cases of tsutsugamushi disease patients reported in the"China Disease Prevention and Control Information System"in Nanfeng County from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the clinical epidemiological and clinical characteristics of all patients were analyzed.Among the 68 patients,32(47.06%)were males and 36(52.94%)were females.The top three occupations were farmers(55 cases(80.88%),workers(9 cases(13.24%))and teachers(1.47%).Fever(100.00%),headache(45 cases),chills(39 cases)and chills(57.35%)were the top three symptoms in all 68 patients.Among the 68 patients,there were 23 cases of leukocytosis(33.83%),9 cases of leukocytosis increase(13.24%),54 cases of eosinophil penia(79.41%),20 cases of platelet count decrease(29.41%),65 cases of abnormal CRP increase(95.59%),and i5 cases of abnormal PCT(22.06%).Conclusion:The majority of patients with tsutsugamushi disease are farmers,and the clinical manifestations are mainly fever and headache.It is necessary to strengthen the training of medical staff in the area of Tsutsugamushi disease to improve the prevention and control ability.
